I absolutely love the team at Arlington Animal Clinic! A huge shoutout to Dr. Avery—he’s amazing and takes care of all types of animals, which is perfect for me since I have quite the diverse crew at home! He was so compassionate and understanding with my senior dog during a tough time, and I’m forever grateful for his support. I really wouldn’t trust anyone else with my furry friends!

On Wednesday night, I slept on the floor with my dog because she was having severe gastrointestinal and some behavioral symptoms all night long. I had just taken her to another animal hospital a few weeks prior to investigate tickborne illness, so I was fully preparing to say goodbye.

I know it won’t happen every time and it cannot happen for every pet. But my vet gave my old pup several treatments that I swear turned her around overnight. I am convinced my dog would not have made it another night if not for those interventions.

Thank you for saving my dog’s life and for taking my concerns seriously. I am taking the best care I can of her, and I know some things can’t be cured with a magic pill, but this time you did.

Everyone was always very nice and helpful. All of the staff visibly cared for my dog. I saw more than one vet due to emergencies or my schedule not being as flexible and I was happy with all of them. I recently had to say goodbye to my dog and Dr. Oppold helped me through that decision with compassion.

I absolutely recommend Arlington Animal Clinic, 10/10! I have been so impressed with the level of care I’ve received for my dog. The staff are incredibly caring and are very good about making sure that the pricing is confirmed up front, before treatment. They are very caring and take time to make sure that my nervous dog is comfortable during every visit. And the front desk people are wonderful, and always remember my dog and greet her so excitedly!

Our 10-yr old dog has had annual exam/vaccinations as well as a surgery to remove a mast cell tumor. The entire process for the surgery was very smooth, from navigating testing/cytology to discussing possible treatment plans to the post-op care and follow ups. The team took extremely good care of our dog — during the surgery, they did a full exam and found an unrelated secondary infection in her paw, likely due to excess licking and irritation from allergies. So the veterinarian helped us treat that and gave recommendations to help her allergies. Our dog is now a few weeks post-op and has completely recovered and has so much energy!

Dr avery was the best!!! got us in on short notice and took his time with my Jasper(dog) didn’t get to the root of the problem but was able to get things under control. kind of a wait and see and process of elimination.. Had a follow up call to see how he was doing and as of right now everything is good… thanks to all for being so kind!!!!

This is a very good vet practice. They are consistent, communicative, transparent with pricing, and very detailed with follow up. All the staff (vets, front office, techs) are also very friendly and personable and easy to work with. They always remember me and most importantly my pets! I can tell the vet visits are less stressful for my creatures because the staff here is so attentive.

I have three pets – one cat with special needs, and two senior dogs – one with a chronic illness. Regular checkups are easy but what makes Arlington Animal Clinic stand out is that they do a really good job working with my pets and my pets specialists at other vet practices when needed.

I also find they are very thorough and really take the time to make sure I understand what’s going on with my pets.

I currently live nearby (1 mile) but if I lived further I would still keep them as my primary vet care for my fur babies. Very strong recommendation- have been going here for many years and never a complaint. And I’m very picky!!!!

We love AAC! They’re always so kind, accommodating and responsive. Our dog is always excited to walk through the door, and although he has a particular favorite staff member, he loves everyone who works there! Keep up the excellent work and thanks for being so great, always.

I had the best experience at Arlington Animal Clinic. I had not anticipated having to bring my pet rat to a veterinarian. Arlington Animal clinic was absolutely wonderful. I was able to get a quick appointment. The staff and doctor were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
I will definitely go back there if any of my other 7 rats need a vet!!!

I had a fantastic experience here with Dr. Avery. He has some of the best pet rat handling skills I’ve ever seen, very calm and soothing, and my little buddy was so relaxed with him. I was really impressed.

Exceptional pet clinic.From the front staff,who were welcoming,attentive and efficient with checking in/out. The vet tech Andrea, that was caring,thorough with a great personality. Our vet, Dr.Fossa took his time with us, explained everything he was doing, labs ordered,and follow up needed.Answered all of our inquiries.He is a highly knowledgeable and experienced professional provider.It was a plus that he had phenomenal bed side manners and our Garfield bonded with him instantly.Our over all experience rating would be a 10+ if available. Would recommend Arlington Animal Clinic for your pet care.
